As a new ebayer, very have to hear buyers leave good feedbacks with great satisfaction. Today is the first time got a bad experinece. One buyer bid and won the item at June 6. I have sent 6 emails to remind payment and the payment was never received and buyer was never emailed back regarding the matter. Without a single notice, the buy left a no-good feedback, 30th of my total feedback received. This bring my feedback from 100% down to 96.8%, What is a Diffrent!!! Item was ready to ship out since june 6 right after the buy won the bid. Payment was never received. And now i got a complain, much worse than a complain....... |
