According to Dr. Rankin, if you didn't get the sarcastic tone of the previous sentences you must have some damage to your parahippocampal gyrus which is located in the right brain. People with dementia, or head injuries in that area, often loose the ability to pick up on sarcasm, and so they don't respond in a socially appropriate ways. Others with the same type injuries and diseases can also swing wildy to the other end of the spectrum by using sarcasm in improper settings and are more likely to be socially inept and immature indealings with others.

Why isn't the Federal Government relocating Iowa people to free hotels in Chicago....and Minneapolis...and Denver....and and When will Spike Lee say that the Federal Government blew up the levees that failed in Des Moines? Where are Sean Penn and the Dixie Chicks and Susan Sarandan? Where are all the looters stealing high-end tennis shoes and big screen television sets and emptying liquor stores??? When will we hear Governor Chet Culver say that he wants to rebuild a vanilla Iowa, because that's the way God wants it? Where is the hysterical 24/7 media coverage complete with reports of murder rape and cannibalism? Where are the people declaring that George Bush hates white, rural people? Mexico’s culture is in no way superior to any other on Earth. This is also true of hundreds of other “cultures” which believe they are somehow superior to us. You have a right to your opinion.
