The Alaskan pipeline made Major News this morning, and once again it was not Good News~! We are now buying smaller cars, adding scooters to our mode of transportation on an almost daily basis, and driving to work to make money to buy fuel to get to work to make money to buy fuel to...well...the picture is quite clear...unlike our fuel unfortunately. More hybrid vehicles are being produced but to the tune of Big Bucks. With the price of Electricity going sky high my question is...what's the point ? Oh that's right...Big Business~! Stupid me~! Well my investment interests have changed drastically. I am going to put all my $ into leather...show leather. That's right~! Show leather.....that's where the money is going to be people. You ask why such a strange change in stadegy ? Because I and a zillion other people are going to be WALKING everywhere one day soon..........and our shoes are gonna have to be RE-SOLED many times over. Along with the balmy breezes and ocean energies, I will also have the opportunity to check out a great many places that I have frequented over the years...places where I know they have Unique items and great prices that I will be able to pass on to my Ebay visitors. Ever been to a place called Cedar Key Island ? Its a quaint little island that is filled with positive energies and fine locals. I love to visit the artists colony whenever I go. In the wee hours of the morning I sit on the pier under the moon light, listening to the waves and watching as dolphins pass by right in front of me barely an arm's length away. It is always a great rejuvenation...and then it will be time to return back to Ebay Land. LOL~! Looking forward to seeing many of you when I return...with many new items and surprises. I was just beginning to believe that SMALL BUSINESSES did have a chance to get ahead here, but I see that I was wrong. Ebay has become a BIG BUSINESS with millions of SMALL BUSINESS people and HOBBY people within it. Ebay Corp.will explain away its actions from a BIG BUSINESS standpoint, but the fact remains that we are going to continue to pay higher fees and prices. The BUYER is interested in a quality item at a REASONABLE price...thats pretty hard to do when the margin leaves little room for any profit in the end.This is a sad day on Ebay indeed.
