Good Morning eBay-ers - Just seeing what's up on this dreary Sunday morning

Quick question if anyone knows out there - just seeing what's up when you now relist an item, underneath the item in the unsold column comes in a beige color eBay note: and then it is blank.....are we suppose to do anything?

Hey - I was hoping to bid on "The Farm - Fresh Picked Music Vol.1", but both item numbers (360043209367 and 3600652233699) came back as closed - sorry for using this format to contact you, but I am a new eBay member, and for some reason they won't let you contact anyone for 3 days?! - anyway, were the two numbers for the same item, or did/do you have more to sell? Thanks!
