I have more than 1,200 Positive Feedback at the moment and it could have been more or even doubled if all the Buyers gave a feedback. I really don't know the reason why most eBayers don't take a very short moment of their time to express their sentiments on the item they bought. They don't realize the VALUE of positive feedback given will be returned in their favor. Does SILENCE mean the buyer is not satisfied? I don't think so, because I am confident that I sell very nice and unique products and the other thankful buyers who bought the same product are very happy. I presume that most eBayers are just TOO LAZY or they really don't think that FEEDBACK is necessary!!!
