            How To Have A Pleasant Experience on EBay.

I felt the need to update this some, considering all the New Changes.

Best Match seems to be the default search now. You can manually change this, to Newly Listed or Time ending soonest. There is a drop down menu.

There are more than 1 page of listings-- you need to scroll past the advertisements & Links to the bottom. There are usually several pages of listings. It just looks like 1 -due to NEW  layout.

I feel this is something that I need to write. I realize that as a buyer, you are concerned about what you are buying, how you will get it & when.

Please remember that I am not in front of my computer 24/7.  I do &  will answer all questions as soon as I can. I describe my items to the best of my ability & add plenty of click able photos.

Most of my items were Collectibles-Vintage-Used or still in package. Most of these items come from my own Collections, or were a family members at 1 time.

Due to the Feedback changes & People who choose not to communicate, I will NO longer be offering my Collectibles. They look fine displayed in my home :)

At 1 time I ran The Enchanted Corner-EBay Store-Now closed. I have had many requests for my Spell work & Specialty items & I will now be offering these items along with my Psychic Readings. Getting back to my Roots , so to say.

 I work hard to be sure that my Buyers are Happy and have a Pleasant experience.

 If there is a problem, I need to know, so please contact me, instead of flaming the Feedback.

Please READ the whole auction, including S & H etc.

If there is a problem, please let me know through Email--Not the FEED BACK system.

When you mark stars-remember that a 4 is really not as good as EBay leads you to believe. It will chip a Sellers Star Rating- This will sink their items in search, Pay Pal can hold Money for 21 days, & Power sellers will not get there Fees Discount.

 Please think about the star ratings you hand out. It really does impact that persons livelihood.

 I have noticed that I receive a glowing Comment & then the stars  take a hit. Star Ratings are very important to sellers right now. They can make us or break us.

As far as I am concerned the transaction is not completed until I receive a note or Feedback stating all is well & you are Happy. I will not give Feedback until that point, even with the New Changes.

If I do not hear from you in some manner, how do I know you are Happy??

As far as Shipping & Handling-I feel I am always fair.

I combine multiple purchases for a much better shipping price.

 My Handling fees are reasonable.$0.25-$ 1.00.

 This is to help OFFSET the cost of Peanuts, Bubble Wrap Etc.

I ship USPS Priority Mail. It really is not that much more than 1st class or Parcel Post. It is Quicker & Safer. I do not choose to use another method of shipping. It has worked out well with Priority mail for Just about 5 years now.

I BELIEVE  IF IT  ISN'T  BROKE WHY FIX IT ?????

Please remember that when buying on any On line Auction Site-- Most of us are not Businesses & do have lives that can get in the way sometimes. It is not intentional, but can not be helped. There are a lot of people who have disabilities or children. Accidents & Emergencies happen.

I know this works both ways, but please contact, so I know. I will always contact you if there is going to be a delay or a problem.

Buyers &  Sellers alike need to communicate.

Sometimes a delay is out of the sellers control- USPS or whomever- Takes it longer to get where it is going-Misrouted, Lost, Weather, Holidays, weekends, so please keep this in mind, even though it is frustrating.

As a Buyer, I feel you should respect a Sellers TOS. If you don't agree with it, go to the next Seller.

When in a transaction , I feel communication is the biggest Key to Success. I am a  Seller & a Buyer. I truly believe in Communication.

PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. This will save us both a lot of heartache in the end.

I pack well, Ship Quickly- As stated in TOS-

I ship Mon, Wed & Fri.

I take weekends off for family time. This is my personal time.

At times, I have been known to do a reading or ship a package on the Weekend, but this is not my normal routine.

If you need something for a special occasion, Let me know & I will make arrangements to ship even if it is not a regular shipping day for me.

I believe in great customer service with an added personal touch. If we want this to be a great experience,  it is up to both the Buyer & the Seller.

As a seller I believe in quick Shipping, Good Packing & plenty of communication.

 As a Buyer, I expect to get my items as described in a safe & Quick manner. I usually pay immediately. I would also like some form of communication from the seller.

When I am a Buyer, I always give Feedback as Soon as I get the item, if there are no problems.

When I have had a problem, I write straight to the seller & save feedback for later.

I love the people I work with & try to make their experience with me & on EBay as pleasant as possible.  I am just small time-No power seller or business. I am just trying to survive in this crazy world-just like you :)
