Most Recent Posts The First AuctionPosted Jun-22-08 14:32:43 PDT So last night, i posted my first two items for sale on ebay. There are 2 items up there, so why not post just a little bit about them. The blue dichroic glass set is one of my favorites. Paula Radke dichroic beads in that amazing cobalt blue are so striking against the black. It's 3 strands, so it's not one that gets massively tangled very easily (a pet peeve of mine when designing multi-strand necklaces) and i tend to incorporate Swarovski crystals into a lot of my designs, just because i love the sparkle. Added with dichro's unearthly glow, i've worn this set out to black tie affairs, and to work, and it's worked in both settings. The other item up today is the emerald Swarovski and liquid silver multi-strand necklace ... this one is 5 strands, but they do tend to fall very close together, and those silver-plated tube beads have a slinkiness to them that's hard to explain if you've never worn them. It has a nice drape to it, and it moves with you. I realize that two items is not a lot to look at, but brace yourselves, there's more coming! ~ Moira Mystic Bijoux |
