My captors continue to taunt and torment me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I, on the other hand, am forced to consume dry cereal only. The one thing that keeps me going is the blessed hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another houseplant. Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded. Must try this at the top of the stairs next time. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair. Must try this on their bed. Decapitated a mouse and brought them the body in an attempt to make them aware of what I am truly capable of, and to instill dread and terror in their hearts. They only cooed and repeated "what a good little kitty" I was. Hmmm, not working according to plan. There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. However, I could hear the noise and smell the food. More importantly, I overheard that my confinement was due to my "ability to induce allergies." Must learn what this ability is and how to turn it to my advantage. I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and possibly snitches as well. The dog is routinely released outdoors and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a complete idiot. The bird, on the other hand, has got to be an informant, as he speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the small metal room, his safety is assured. For now. But I can wait. Oh, yes, I can wait.... What's for Sale ?? Before I was a Mom.......................Posted May-09-07 09:01:10 PDT Before I was a Mom: *I had never been puked on. Okay --- funny Motherhood Stories -- let's hear them !!Posted May-09-07 04:41:45 PDT Just want to get into the Mother's Day mood ! What is your funny story about being a Mom ?? I have a million stories (feels like a million) of my own but will share one today --- My son was always running out of shirts because they were getting torn and the buttons were off. I could never figure out why these shirts were being torn up all of a sudden. I chalked it up to hand me downs so I bought him new shirts and still these new shirts were torn in the sleeves , under the arms, hhhmmmm???? So , finally I asked him what is going on -- what are you doing to tear these shirts up ?? I was playing the Incredible Hulk (remember that show??) and ripping out of my shirts. Well, of course, I was angry (while smiling on the inside!!) and explained these shirts cost money don't do it again. My son is now in his 30's and I will always remember that one!! What's your stories of being a MOM??? What do you do to make extra money ?? LEGAL PLEASE!!Posted May-08-07 11:01:31 PDT Just need to make a few bucks extra each week -- I can step up the ebay listings , and I will, but what is another way? I am still investigating the call centers and I will let you guys know what I find out. Thanks!!! Serious way to start the weekend!!Posted May-04-07 08:23:21 PDT I have been considering working for a call center at home. Does anyone else or do you know someone that does?? Is it worth the trouble and time -- can one make some decent income? I like Ebay -- but not for steady income -- just need that steady money coming in that I can count on. Let me know -- thanks!!
