I've uploaded a picture of an unredeemed 11th Pokemon Movie pre-sale ticket (picture courtesy of Heerosferret, check out her website at gai-gin.com).

Holder the pre-sale ticket is also eligible to download the promotional Level 100 Regigigas at any pre-sale location.

Unlike the US WiFi distribution event at Toys R Us (Manaphy, Darkrai) and Gamestop (Deoxys), which are free-for-all distribution "via WIRELSS" from an automated download system, the Regigigas Wonder Cards are distributed through "GET (gift) FROM A FRIEND" function, which require someone manually approving the download request.

This ensures the distribution location can limit the download to the pre-sale ticket holders only; and by-standers cannot pick up a 'free' promotional Regigigas just being at the right place at the right time.
