Do not work with or order from Barclay's Photo! I made the mistake of ordering a camera package for roughly $800. When I called to speak with Tyler (ext. 204 - LOL his voicemail identified himself as "tyler durden") I was immediately asked for my mailing address and credit card number. After this he proceeded in a very condescending manner to hard up-sell on items and services. I was told that i needed to upgrade to a US Body camera from a japanese body camera for $300. I was kept on the phone for 30 minutes and eventually had to tell him that I needed to call back later to finish. I was very alarmed by the conversation, did a little searching regarding the company and decided to cancel my order. I called back to cancel and was treated extremely rudely. I was told there would be a cancellation fee. Yeah right, that card is reported lost already. He argued with me extensively stating that I was naive for not knowing it was a "gray market transaction." Tyler was abusive and after getting so upset, I had to hang up the phone. "Chuck" calls back stating that he is a manager and overheard my conversation. He stated that we could part ways amicably. He asked me to go on to the feedback page and leave positive feedback stating that everything was taken care of by him. I was absolutely exasperated that he would request this. After a somewhat heated exchange and his threats of ruining my e-bay account, I hung up. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH BARCLAY'S PHOTO.
