Did buying an expensive Statue makes me a good buddhist?

Well this will my first posting on eBay blog. I have choose this topic, because I have read somewhere that to have a good karma you don’t need to acquire an expensive statue. This is quite true. As a half Buddhist and half Hindu for me it is quite true. It is nice to have the big Statue in your home. It will change your home atmosphere and brings harmony in Home.

If you really want to help some one. Please  try to buy the statues directly from the Artisan. On our eBay shop we do offer the statues direct from the Artisan Gallery  Kathmandu, Nepal. I am not against those expensive statues seller, who are selling  the statues 10 x cost price at their expensive shop in New York, Berlin and Copenhagen, but  there must be a limit and those seller have to give the fair price to the Artistan , if they sell those Statues in high prices.

Well put! I have a 2 inch high Buddha right next to my computer and that reminder brings the right amount "atmosphere" to my little office area! It's nice to see other people out there looking to take care of the whole supply chain when dealing with local artisans. Namaste!
