HURRAY EBAY!!  Big victory.  Think about it, if Tiffany was allowed to make eBay police for counterfeits, then maybe NYC needs to go to the streets and police for the same.  You can get counterfeit everything from street vendors...and why stop there, how about going after ever flea market in the USA?

Seller, BE HONEST - If your stuff is a knock-off STATE IT CLEARLY in your auction and there won't be a big problem.  Yeah, yeah, I know I only have 198 and 98.7% but eBay isn't the only online auction or store in the world...

If you are a buyer, you should beware of that "too good to be true" auction and remember, you can't walk away with something "Tiffany" on eBay and pay $25 that would retail for $5000...Remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't true.  Shop smart!  You are the heartbeat of eBay!!  Thanks for your business and thanks for shopping with us!
