Archive - April 2008 My daughter is now an ebay sellerPosted Apr-29-08 18:20:34 PDT My daughter has recently started selling on Ebay. She's trying to scrape up money to buy a car and she's painfully frugal. I'd say 90% of what she earns she saves. Please see if she has anything listed you might be interested in. http://myworld.ebay.com/bazilenot American McGee's AlicePosted Apr-29-08 18:12:48 PDT I LOVE this game! I have it for the PC platform and don't need it for the Mac platform anymore since I'm selling my Mac. The graphics are excellent, the game play is challenging and interesting and the music is very cool. I own the soundtrack and it's a great CD to play around Halloween time. Selling my Mac and Mac based Sims 2 gamesPosted Apr-29-08 18:10:43 PDT It was a difficult decision to make but I'm selling my Mac. Ideally I'd like a new Macbook but they are out of my price range right now. Since I need to run some Windows apps I've decided to get a PC for now (Vista sucks, BTW). I plan to return to the world of Mac in the future, budget willing. My iBook is a good computer, works perfectly. Leopard runs smoothly on it however the changes in Leopard aren't really enough to warrant an upgrade, in my opinion. Tiger offers everything a Mac user needs to get the job done. About the power supply...I have recliner that eats cords. Mouse cords, power cords, USB cords, etc. So far it's eaten the cord to the iBook and several USB cords for my iPod. Bad recliner! But with a little white electrical tape and some patience I've successfully repaired all eaten cords. I think it's self explanatory at this point why I'm selling my Mac based Sims2 games. |
