Hello again.

I recently sold my own personal Handheld PDA which was basically Brand New. I tested all the applications prior to listing and shipping and they were perfect The buyer emails me a day after receiving item and states there are problems and he has done everything he can to figure out why its not working right and is sending it back. Now I know nothing about PDAs.....he obviously does know alot from all the terms he uses in his emails. Also I must let you know he is brand new on ebay with no feeback and won my auction. Now I just have to say Im very Leary about this also since I had like 13 bidders and 30 watchers and a brand new ZERO Feedback won. (note hasnt bid on or won anything since I listed my item) I told him before I refund any money that he must return it and I reserve the right to have it tested and make sure the device hasnt been tampered with. Do any of you out there have any suggestions for me as the Seller who wants to keep the integrity of my auctions intact. However not jeopardize my best interests. PLEASE ADVISE..Thank you alll again
