HELP! VICTIM OF CHARGEBACK FRAUD

I was recently the victim of a chargeback fraud. The buyer said that the charge for the item they bought was unauthorized so now I'm out the item i sold AND the $230.00 I sold it for. Has anyone experienced the same thing?? What can I do???
