Recently my husband and i won at auction a Holden Apollo for $62.50, we contacted the seller and told her that we could not get down there until the 17th November she said that was fine and today i open my email and find that there is a Unpaid Item Dispute against me. This is her email that i received:

This evening I opened an unpaid item dispute for the car as I have to start the ball rolling to get my sale fees back from eBay. Please note this is not a reflection on you or an unsympathetic move on my part, it is just the eBay process for unpaid items. It also allows you a 7 day extension for payment from the date of issue. :-)

My husband and I were not pleased by this and wrote to her saying that we told you that we wouldn't make it down there until 17th November and if you wanted the money sooner you should of given us your bank details.

HOW RUDE OF THIS SELLER to do such a thing after we the BUYER went out of our way to ring her and arrange payment and pickup
