Do You Have An Enemy on Ebay...

is there someone that is interested in the same things you like to collect and you always end up in a bidding war. does it seem like you know the person almost? like, "oh it's you again!". i have several of those people on ebay. we run into each constantly. i know their bidding habits and they know mine. so i've had to change strategies a couple of times. =) lately i've just been bidding on movies, so i haven't had to worry about it too much.

Yes, I have had that to happen in the past. Now though you can't even tell really who you are bidding against. I really miss the way it was when it showed the bidders real id. It made it a lot more fun.

Same here paula. I would find out their bidding history and see how much they were willing to pay for something. I've never had anybody consistantly bid on the same stuff as me, but my husband collects antique phones so he sees the same people often (or used to!).
