I am worried that my cat may die :(

My little cat Kramer may have hepititis again. He had it 3 years ago and he is showing signs of it again. This is breaking my heart.......I have no kids so in a way he is my kid. I cant concentrate at all and I have a ton of work to do. I am just so upset I dont know what to do with myself.

God I hope that he can fight this off again, or I may have to make a horrible decision.
