I ordered and received 4 each DeWalt 12 and 18 volt Batteries for my tools.   I have tried twice to contact them and have been unable to get them to answer an e mail.   What I am wanting to do is to return 2 DeWalt 12 volt batteries, and 2 DeWalt 18 Volt Batteries for a refund.  I  will be happy  to correspond by e mail with them and have attempted to with no avail.   I am 67 years old an functionally deaf.   I am not attempting to justify anything that Tyler might have read into my e mails to them so far, but would like for them to send me a  refund for 2 12 volt and 2 18 volt batteries (XRP) and I will give them battery packs to the delivery people  when my refund is delivered.  fed ex can take them their refund.  If another method for handling is preferred that is fine too.
