Ebay considered my account was been accessed by an unauthorized third party, so they close my account for three times, meanwhile all the items were lost include the selling,sold & unsold. So I chat with ebay representative for more than ten times in all and retake them. During the days, ebay send some email to the buyers and told them they can retake the money or cancel the bid, when some people saw this, they thought they lost the item, so they bid on other one and the don't want the item they won forepassed, so they do not pay now. Is there anyone happened like this? Anyone who can help me on this problem? Or give me a suggestion. Many thanks. |
