At tuts1.2u.co.uk we have an extensive collection of in house mobile phone hardware and software. We have been Established since 1993 and have 14 years experience and our on site engineers can unlock, repair or service just about any phone on the market. We also sell new and used mobile phones.

Payment policy

Personal Cheques Preferred. But we will also accept a postal order or Payal upon request. Please be aware that all payments must have cleared before items are despatched.

Delivery information

We send all our items using Royal Mail. We will always send by the method specified on the Auction.

Return policy

If you are not happy after buying due to any reason, please contact us within 7 days and our staff will be very happy to assist you. We will refund or exchange any faulty or damaged items providing the ordinal item is returned to us, complete with all packaging. Please be aware that we must be contacted before item returns are made, so that our staff are able to provide processing numbers. Therefore failure to abide this rule means that you forfeit the right to a refund.
