I recently stumbled upon a series on Showtime entitled THIS AMERICAN LIFE.  If you have the on demand portion I would recommend it and Episode 12 in particular.  Many episodes are powerful but this one was one that I wanted to recommend to everyone I know. When I first saw the description it read that the episode was about a group of people who shared the name JOHN SMITH.  My expectations were not high but once it started I was enthralled. Here is a montage of images form the 1 hour episode that someone selected and put to a soundtrack.  While not nearly as powerful as the actual documentary where you get to know the people, I am grateful it is available on youtube so that I may post it here.
