I recently bought a 1998 Toyota Corolla.  It's in good shape.  Had an oil change, etc.  Got new tires.  Then decided to get new exterior door handles.  Both handles in the front are broken.  So I went to the Toyota dealership.  They wanted $105 EACH for them.  I said "too expensive" and left.  Then I got to looking around eBay and found what I needed. BOTH for under $40 including shipping.  These dealerships are ripping people off.

Still working on my scrapbook about my cruise.  Hope to have it finished some time this year! LOL!

Also working on knitting socks to have a stash for Christmas gifts and such.  Besides, I have to do something with all that yarn I keep buying.  I'm even working on a knitted dress to enter in our local fair this year.  Now if I can just remember where I put the pattern.

Oops! Almost forgot! I'm also working on an alligator scarf.  Got the pattern from moorhousefarms.com.  It's surprisingly easy too!

It is slow going, but I'm having fun putting it together.  I've only done one other scrapbook and it was of a previous cruise.  I don't think I could do scrapbooks all the time....I have six cats and they get mighty nosey with whatever I'm working on, LOL!  Keeping them out of my stuff and off the paper is a real job. :-D

I had a wonderful time on my cruise.  Visited the Mayan ruins at Tulum.  Went shopping in Cozumel.  Ate lots of great food on board the ship.  Played in the casino...didn't win, though, LOL!

Now I'm saving for the next one.  I think I'm hooked!

I'm going on  a cruise next week!  Can't wait.  I so need a vacation.  Going to Calica and Cozumel.  Plan on visiting the Mayan ruins at Tulum.  I am getting so excited!  I've been packing and unpacking and repacking, LOL!  Maybe I'll have it all done by the time I leave.
