Body Impressions

Our visco memory foam mattresses are all made in the USA.  The memory foam and base foam has been put through rigorous tested for longevity and has been said to last through over 10,000 compressions, which is why we’ve given it a 20 year warranty (10 year full and 10 additional pro-rated).  Each memory foam mattress is individually compressed with several thousand pounds of pressure evenly over the sleep surface.  This not only acts as a quality control process, but also eliminates a normal six month break in period that other mattress go through.  This normal break in period for a mattress is when body impressions normally occur, because of foam softening that occurs.  Once this foam softening happens, it usually stays true for years and years.  By compressing our memory foam mattresses before they ship, we eliminate this break in period.  So, you can sleep comfortably with the same feel years to come as the first night you sleep on it.

Our memory foam pads are all 3” thick.  Many people compare inferior toppers pricing to ours, and though most times inferior products are price the same or more than our high quality toppers, some times they’re cheaper.  Make sure you’re comparing “apples to apples”, and not “apples to oranges”.  2” thick toppers will not give the same support or comfort that a 3” thick topper will.  And likewise, 4” toppers typically give no more support of comfort than a 3” memory foam pad.

Tempur-Pedic comparison

We do not sell the Tempur-Pedic brand, nor do we represent Tempur-Pedic in anyway.  However, many people ask how our memory foam compares to theirs.  It’s very simple.  Tempur-Pedic makes very nice visco elastic memory foam (they call it Tempur material).  Scientist can very easily figure out exactly what chemicals make up their memory foam.  These chemicals used in their visco foam are, for the most part, the same chemicals used in our memory foam.  The firmness is very similar, and the rebound time of the memory foam is almost identical.  The difference is the price tag.  Tempur-Pedic spends a fortune on marketing.  Those marketing dollars come from the higher price tag.  Even though the cost of their product is no different than the cost of our products, they have to sell their memory foam mattresses for so much more to cover the 100’s of millions of dollars spent on advertising.  Why pay more for such a similar memory foam product when you don’t have to.
