to be honest,this blog is begun as a sneaky way of getting a hyperlink from my ebay pages to my website,http://longfordrockers.com,but having started it,well,this is what Ive done so far today.My son ,Tom, is busy on Runescape next to me,and what i like best about working here is that I can have his company during holidays and still get on with things.hes 10 ,so its a good time.my hassle today has been getting my web host in america to sort out mod_rewrite on my server.my site is totally amateur diy open source stuff(,really great because otherwise wed all be giving all our money to microsft and actinic,and small firms and individuals wouldnt stand a chance of marketing their stuff)to cut a long story short,in order to get googled,it helps to have an add on contribution to the os source code,its called ultimate seo,and it rewrites the php as html,but it needs mod rewrite on the server.my hosts,who I must say do listen to me,and respond quickly to issues,have just upgraded their server,which caused all sorts of hassle over the last month,but i think weve got it sorted out now.Im going to cut some legwarmers now,and then im gonna go into bangor and get a headlight bulb for my fantastic gas powered berlingo,will i still be saying that in a months time?watch this space.
