Just wondering if anyone knew the procedure of claiming damaged items received via USPS. Insurance was taken out on the item. Is the customer reimbursed on the spot at USPS if they take the package along with the insurance receipt? Is there a special form to fill out? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Sleighbells
