This buyer was mad because the item was not perfect (although this was stated in the auction listing.)  Essentially, he was angry that he could not resell it for a profit, which is not the premise of Ebay.  Ebay has changed it's policies so that I cannot dispute this horrible buyer (overstock08), and therefore I am left without any options or a way to explain.  I IMMEDIATELY refunded this person's money without any concerns, yet he didn't get his selfish way, so he lashed out at me, who did nothing wrong.  My negative feedback from that one unprofessional person is not indicative of me AT ALL.  What a shame that one angry person with poor motives can RUIN an entire 5 years of very positive work.
