Real Hunger Pains

That's right folks, real hunger pains do exist.  I felt them today for the first time in months.  I've been watching my diet, basically writing down what I eat and I've been walking 30 minutes a day.  Don't know how long this will last, but words of support are welcome!

well you stick with it and drink more water and eat alot of fiber rich foods so you don't starve yourself. celery sticks premade and stored in a jar of spring water in the fridge are a great calorie free snack as are carrot sticks and other veggies too. Don't go hungry completely just cut the calories so you can stay on it. prayers for strength for you from hannah.

Hey, good luck and best wishes! I'm really trying to get my kids to eat healthier snacks. We're doing just what Hannah suggested and stocking the fridge with carrots, celery, apples and the like. Of course their dad (me) is a complete junk food addict (hence the cheese balls over on my blog - best to stay away from them).

;-)
