The Ebay Sellers I believe eBay should help protect it's sellers as much as it tries to protect the Buyers. If every seller joins in this could help eBay possibly solve the problem sellers have with these Con-Artist, trying to run a scam on a Seller. If you ever had a buyer con you out of merchandise or try to list it here: Let the community know so we are aware of these Scammers. Con-Artist #1: It sucks we can't include there eBay user-id this would help eBayer's spot them more quickly. This fool thought he could fool me into believeing that BidPay required me to ship him a item, which he didn't win on my listing before they would give me the money. And he wanted it shipped to Nigera, which for that item i stated I do not ship outside the United States.(sign of a con) He did this by sending me a fake BidPay email for $400 dollars which the item cost with shipping was only $128.95. So why would a buyer give me a extra $271.05 for a item which they haven't won. (sign of a con). Thou this fellow is persisent and has his timing down. But he'll have to get up early than that to social engineer me. This guy has been a registered ebay buyer since August 2005 and has only bought one item and has only 1 feedback.(fishie). Looking at a message he sent me through ebay, he registered on www.ebay.co.uk but his location is NY, United States. Hm..... (sign of a con) Who's next?
