My solution is to find other places to sell. I've spent 5-6 years building my reputation on ebay and just received a neutral feedback which lowered my score. I am pissed about this because all my hard work over the years has kept my score over 99.6 and it is now 96.6 because of this feedback because I don't sell as much as you powersellers. And this in really going to hurt the occassional seller especially if they have a customer like mine who gave me a neutral. I've decided if I wait until next year, the neutral feedback won't count anymore and I will be back up to 100% with my first sale, maybe? Is that how it would work?
