EBay offers the option for a seller to offer digital files for the buyers that enjoy the delivery and access to Informational Products electronically.

Firstly, you must make sure that you are not infringing on any copyrights when selling or reselling any informational Products. eBay is very strict on this matter with good cause to show the consideration and the legal issues that could and will occur if you attempt to resell products that you are not authorized to do so.

Secondly, you must have a Paypal Premier or Verified Business account. This is required as the type payment is a 'fixed format' including 'Buy Now' with 'Immediate Payment' only.

The reasoning behind this is if a product is delivered immediately after verification of the buyer's payment, it is virtually impossible to return the item. You, of course, can have a refund policy. However, once the Digital Product is delivered, the buyer has the item and it is not returnable. It is your option to refund the buyers payment if they are not happy with the product. Nevertheless, they still retain the item.
