I'm in the process of putting my novel Monarch up for review and feedback on TheNextBigWriter.  It's been a really helpful process.  I've received over 30 helpful reviews and have decided I need to make some big changes.  There's a plot flaw that I'm not sure I can recover from.  But time will tell.
