Well my first aucion is up and running selling for a charity. The charity I picked is Voice4Children. This charity funds counceling for abused children. It is a very worthy cause and I am glad that I am able to sell for them.
The item that I am selling is a Porcelain Doll that was made for my son when he was born. It is a life size baby - It is 5 lbs and 16 inches long. It has blonde hair and blue eyes. My son is now 12 and it IS time to give this to charity. I have 2 boys and have never had the guts to have it out in the open. IT WOULD HAVE GOTTEN BROKEN. I always thought I would put my favorite baby outfit on the doll to display but that has never happened. I know the woman who made it and gave it to me as a gift will appreciate the donation to this charity. It is a very fitting contribution to raise money for abused kids.
