Got My First Negative Feedback Today :<

Well, I got my first negative feedback today. I thought I would be upset if I ever got one, but you just can't please everyone. This person won an auction for a "lot of" Fisher Price Little People and a Fisher Price vintage house. Some of the furniture was supposed to go with the house and I simply forgot to pack it in with everything else. I had not even noticed my mistake and up pops this NEGATIVE. He did not even contact me! If he had reminded me, I would have sent them to him right away and probably threw in something extra or TRIED to make him happy. But he just jumps the gun and leaves a negative feedback. That is just wrong!

Anyway, I left him negative feedback as well. Not as revenge, but that I felt that other sellers should BEWARE that he will jump the gun and to proceed with caution. I waited a few hours before I did it because I have never left a negative feedback for anyone that I can recall.

Don't worry, when someone looks, they will easily see that they have done that to someone else as well - sorry, I know my one neg still bugs me - my buyer didn't contact me either!

If you send the other items he/she might agree to remove feedback.

You can also respond to his negative feedback on your site with an explanation.

a mistake was made - should automatically correct. I say respond to the feedback - get the truth out there that he jumped the gun and didn't even ask for anything. I'm sure it'll go down on your feedback list and be forgotten. Not to worry - great sellers are easily identified and bad buyers are also. Even with one lousy bad feedback, still wouldn't deter me from buying from ya. I don't particularly agree with you giving the guy negative feedback because he left you one for the mistake. but again it's just an opinion.

Yea, I was upset with mine. My customer wanted to keep item and get a refund?? (He said his wife still liked it??) Go figure. Chances are that, eventually, we all run into difficult people.

This person doesn't know what feedback means. She thinks that you communicate thru feedback. I see Where is my pig? and Please mail my package on the feedback. She doesn't know what she doing and it is very clear who is not communicating right.

Actually, I felt she should have given her a negative because she done this to other. People need to know that she use feedback to communicate. She needed a negative to wake her up in how to use feedback correctly.
