*Sometimes it seems like you can't do anything correctly!
A buyer actually emailed me that they gave me a "1 star" for as described because the train I sent them was MINT and I advertised it was in " good" condition...lol... I always try to send the best I have available at the time even if the one I adveryised was a lower quality and this is the thanks I get...lol.. I think some people just like to complain!!! Ever feel like giving up??? I'm just about there....
Here's one thta happened last night. Buyer purchased a brio remote contril train from me advertised batteries NOT included.. It is a brand new unit not in box, TESTED before ship with batteries and sent with NEW batteies in remote as a bonus. Buyer says train doesn't work and they are upset they had to spend $20 on the flat batteries for the train ... I aggreed to take it back and refund his money...Buter doesn't want refund, wants to send it back to me for me to test and if it works wants me to pay to ship it back to him and include in FREE flat batteies (He paid $10 for the train)...
