I'm completely grateful to all my buyers out there who have been gracious in purchasing from my store. Most of the buyers have been making offers to my going price, which has been working very well. I make a reasonable counteroffer and within 24 hours the item is sold. Hurray! My store was originally created for the summer because I had a lot of items and a small amount of time at home to post everything up. I think I will close my store by the end of August, and open it again in January when I come home for winter break. Here are a few shirts left before the summer ends! As I'm getting ready to get back to school (summer is almost half over!) I find it difficult to reach the specific group of buyers I want, whether clothing, books or toys. Either I am not posting the correct words that help attract buyers to read my listing, or perhaps my prices are not attracting. I realized I didn't have the option of international shipping, so I added that after a possible buyer asked about it. As for the shipping prices, it is the cost of the box or envelope, and the cost of traveling to the post office. I do not even put into consideration the cost of the labor that involves packing it, which to me, isn't a big deal. As for the prices, I look at what other sellers set their prices at, and I make competitive prices for possible buyers to compare with. I even offer free shipping for many items that are not clothing, such as books and toys unless it's heavy or have an odd shape that requires a box. Let me hear your thoughts! Hopefully I will be able to sell all of the items that I wish to sell, or else I have left over inventory.
