Here is Maine
it is getting cold! Yes, the frost is on the pumpkins and the gorgeous
leaves are falling all around us. Some people look upon the coming season
as the dismal and bleak time of the year, when all the color has past and the
biting cold cuts you to the core. I, however, thanks to Ebay, look at
this season as, the Sellers Season! It is when everyone starts to think
of future holidays and gift buying. It is when you as a seller, can
now sell just about anything for probably the highest price you will get all
year! Now, I know you all have access to different ways to watching your
markets and tracking the ups and down of your product, but the bottom line is
this, this is the season when people spend. So, get on your thinking caps, and
think about what you have that would make a good gift and post it to sell!
I have watched Ebay for a year now fairly close. I
have tracked the sales of different products like mine, and what an eye
opener! It is true; there are seasons on Ebay where your product sales
will go up or down. For instance, I watched one antique vase sell for
$55.00 just before Christmas Season, that same vase did not sell at all in February,
and sold for only $20.00 in the middle of summer. At least the items I
would be interested in selling are definitely selling for higher prices for now
until the end of December. Now I am sure this is not true for all
markets, as some things are sure to have there own "seasons".
Have you taken the time to observe your market? If not, start now it
could mean the difference of a fifty percent higher income!
Check out your market by doing your own little survey through
the use of Ebay’s completed listings archives or study the market through any other Ebay source, but do not miss this valuable information about how your products
sell. Leave me a comment about your line. Did you find it the same
for what you want to sell or is another time of the year better for you?
Just curious, do you know your line?
