Thanks to all of you!

I didn't expect such a great response to my blog about poor communication from sellers. I think all of you are wonderful. I know that if you took the time to read my blog and respond to it, there you are definately treating your customers right. There are some really good sellers still out there, and I think all of you  have convinced me to give it another try. Keep up the good work, your customers really do appreciate the extra effort.

 

 

Is an E-mail too much to ask for?

Ok, I know I don't use Ebay that much. But it seems the last few things I've purchased, I don't even get so much as an E-mail from the seller. Is it really that hard to let someone know that their payment has been received? If someone is spending money with you how about some customer service? I always contact the Seller/buyer within 24 hours of the auction end. It has been a week and no e-mail or any kind of acknowledgement that I even purchased anything from this seller! I've had it.  I will continue to sell on Ebay but this is the last thing I will buy on Ebay.
