I wonder if FedEx and the USPS are out to close down eBay?  They sure have messed things up with our customers recently. 

First we received news that a musical instrument had a smashed tone hole.  We're talking a huge bari sax.  To cause that kind of damage the box must have been dropped from a height!

Then tonight I found out that some books I sent had "gouges and dents."  There weren't any "gouges and dents" when I sent them!  It's such a disappointment. 

To all of our customers, we really do try to send out quality items and we pack them to the best of our ability.  Please don't assume that we attempted to rip you off!  We will make every attempt to make it right.

In the meantime, I am making sure that EVERYTHING gets sent out with insurance.  This is just getting ridiculous!

I went to two great book sales yesterday.  I really got some great stuff for students and cooks.  I hope to be listing them in lots very soon.

 

 

We try to be as honest and straightforward in our sales as possible.  We sold a lovely oboe for $560 dollars.  Nine days after the sale the buyer notified us that he was not satisfied and wanted a full refund.  He also threatened us with poor feedback for being deceptive.  I don't want anyone to be unhappy, but we sold a quality instrument that we worked very hard to get ready for sale.  We even included the serial number on the description so how the heck is that deception? 

This is our small business that we use to take care of our family.  We are  honest and hardworking.  The money from sales isn't sitting in some vacation account!  It goes for things like house payments and groceries!  

 

 

These sweaters that I am selling for my sister are in gorgeous condition!   She takes very very good care of her clothing and they always look brand new!  She is meticulous when it comes to that sort of thing!  Who ever wins the bidding on these items is truly getting  a deal!

I have a nice collection of books for pre-school through high school literature. We are a homeschooling family, so I always have my eye out for good books that would be useful to home educators as well as folks that just want to enjoy and own good literature at affordable prices.

 

I currently have listed one of the very difficult to find Little House books, The Road From Roxbury.  It's reasonably priced too!
