Most Recent Posts Charged $100 a day for leaving negative feedbackPosted Dec-11-06 16:02:32 PST I purchased items from a seller a month ago and received nothing. When I'd ask when the package was mailed, she'd give me a date (already there are 4 different dates). I've emailed her several times, sometimes no reply. I asked her if she has a tracking number for the package - no reply. I asked for a copy of the receipt and I'd attempt to find the missing package - needless to say, I got no reply. In the meantime, this seller received several other negative feedbacks and everyone has not received their packages. I have been a member of the ebay community for almost 8 years with 100% feedback and have never had a problem not receiving a package. I have not moved nor any other changes to my delivery address. I ended up filing a claim and left neg FB. When I filed the claim, the seller escalated the claim which makes it impossible for me to add further information. So far on emails from her and what she entered in the claim - there are 4 different days she claims the package was shipped. I haven't seen the package yet...which was a gift for my mother. I noticed this seller posted a blog over the weekend about the feedback she has been receiving....and the suggestions that was given did not contain this way of dealing with your buyers. Today, I received a paypal email bill that everyday she has neg. FB I owe her $100. What can I do? Who can I go to for this type of harrassment? Doesn't the seller know we (buyer & seller) have to agree to a mutual withdrawn feedback? I need some assistance................help! |
