Let  me take a moment to share  a moment of my day today. My business usually follows me wherever I go, because I am out tof the office  a lot. But I am always just a quirky country song ring tone away. Today I was traveling down the interstate, and I get a call from a lady in Connecticut. Her son had emailed me about a part and had some questions a few days before and now she was ready to make a purchase. I am sure she had no idea I was in my vehicle traveling 70 mph down the intestate. I pulled off into a McD's parking lot pulled out my laptop fired up the wireless card and  walked her through the transaction. I didnt make a huge sale, but its always worth satisfying a customer and going the extra mile to ask questions and admit I dont know the answer but I will find out.  Honesty, quality, and humility are the cornerstones of my business. Any business owner is in the business of satisfying the needs of others, and a gague of his business in how well it is doing is reflected by how willing that owner is to go the extra mile to "happily" satisfy customers' needs. If I fail to ever live up to these standards  I value I would appreciate it if you let me know.

I know that everyone likes a great deal, but everyones likes quality and value too. I believe the parts we carry that are US made are superior in quality when compared to their overseas counterparts. Is everything we sell US made? No, but we sell every part we can that is made here. If for no other reason, lets do what we can to keep the money in our own economy. Let me know what you think about the quality of our US made manifolds.

I have noticed a lot of other people selling tractor parts on ebay that are VERY cheap, not only in price but quality as well. We`try to ship great quality products at a fair price. What could I include with new radiators or manifolds that you want? Included gaskets? Hose clamps? Service manuals for your tractor? Let me know what you think!
