It always surprises me how many Real Estate Agents are missing out on great opportunities to market their property listings by not taking full advantage of the Ebay Marketplace.  During these troubled times of the current real estate market, we as marketers need every opportunity we can find to continue making money and Ebay allows us to market our current listings to millions of people around the country, or even the world.  Why pass that up?

Listing a piece of real estate on Ebay is just like listing on any other website or venue.  You include great photos of the property, plenty of eye-catching information and all of the details that a buyer would be interested in knowing.  One thing to point out, is be sure to calculate all of your listing fees before jumping in head first.  Real estate is of course high dollar transactions and as such the fees will be considerably higher than say selling a scooter.

So if you are already a real estate agent, consider using Ebay as a selling venue for your property listings, and if you are interested in  becoming a real estate agent, then get your real estate license and sign-up for Ebay to make those commissions.
