Time for me to fluff my chicken bedding, clean their nesting pads, catch-up on laundry, do my shopping for the next week, mow the lawn, trim, get all the odd-jobs done i put-off throughout the week and still relax and enjoy the weekend? Funny, I always looked forward to the weekend. After grueling through the week, working 60 pluss hoursin the sun, the heat, the humidity - the weekend is supposed to be relaxing. Hell, I manage to stay busier during the weekend then I do during the week. As sad and depressing as this seems to me, I now realise that it only gets worse as I get older. The kids get older, have more activities and sports and crap on weekends, they constantly HAVE to go. So now reality sinks in that I am just going to get old. Sit here sulking and being all depressed knowing that this is how my life is going to pass me by. Knowing that one of these days I will wake up noticing that I have alot to do, that I am 80 years old, have great grand kids, and that I am still too damn busy to enjoy 5 minutes of my own life! I miss the drunk and high as a kite days of the weekends. The weekends that I don't even remember what the hell I did the night before. Midlife crisis one might say? No, I am only 33. Got a few to go before I get REALLY depressed! So to any of them youngsters out there reading this lil blog - enjoy that life now because one of these days you are going to get bytch-slapped with reality and all of a sudden you are old, depressed and in charge of your empire of dirt. And now the world turns like sand from an hour glass with one life to live so are the days of hemmoroids...Posted Jul-20-08 21:19:01 PDT Purple, a nice manly color. Prince had Purple Rain, he got hot chicks (look at Carmen Electra - b4 Rodman tapped that.) Purple peter, I mean people eater, Purple Haze, Deep Purple, and if you turn your color and tint controls on your tv, the smurfs are purple. And how awesome are the smurfs? Seriously, Smurfette - what's the deal? One smurfin chick in the whole god smurfin villiage and she STILL looked foreward to everyday and watering her smurfin flowers? No way, any chick I know that let that many dudes up in that wouldn't be able to walk let alone skip through the forrest and singing those mother smurfin stupid songs. Anywayz, purple is like the Latino Kings colors right? and tinky winky? barney? ok, no more purple.
