One of the greatest things that I have ever done was to finally find a business that I could run and build, street concessions!  Great Profit, Hard Work, and more fun than my real J. O . B. (Journey Of the Broke).  After 18 months of really figuring things out, I have now perfected a great system.  I really didn't believe the information that I was getting for google searches about what street concessioniors were making in a year.  Most sites stated the 100K was about the average, and I am now a example of that result.....

The learning curve is quick, and now that I am starting up my 3rd cart (with my 4th to follow), I can say that it will all be worth it.

Some day, my experience will help when we grow into formal restaurants.
