Start Vs. Time Zone

I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on when someone should post an aution?  With Time Zone ranging across the world what is the best time zone to focus on.

I figured out that postings that end in the evening, and Fri and Sat nights sell more. I usually put in a couple items each day and then load up for the weekend. seems to work.
