Changes to Our eBay
Store
As many
regular eBayers are aware, there were significant changes made by eBay
at the beginning of the year. Some eBay sellers hastily shut
down
their stores. We decided to review and analyze the changes
and adjust
the way we work on Ebay so our customers wouldn't be left to wonder
what happened. After carefully considering our options for
several
months, we've decided to implement some changes. We think
these
changes will be positive. We've outlined them below so you,
our valued
customer, will understand some of the changes you may notice in the
future.
EBAY AS A
MARKETPLACE - We have used eBay
as a marketplace for most of our items we offer for over 5
years.
While we will continue to offer our items through eBay, we will be
using eBay more as a marketing tool than as a marketplace.

us

NEW FABRICS -
We will continue to offer our
new fabrics on eBay. In the past, we have offered our full
line on
eBay. In the future, we will be offering kits, packs or
bundles (or a
sampling) of our fabrics on eBay so you can see the fabrics we have to
offer and we're always happy to make a custom listing for you. Our full
fabric line collections will be available in our lower priced
marketplaces by-the-yard, in packs, bundles and kits at the lowest
possible
price.
LOWER PRICES -
New fabric prices for quilt
shop
quality fabrics have increased significantly along with record gas
prices. To reduce the impact to our customers we are trying a
new
pricing plan. Our fabric lines that have limited quantities
or are
clearance fabrics will be marked down to lower prices than in the
past. We've started marking them down
already.
FEWER LISTINGS
- If you frequent our store,
you'll begin to notice less listings. There are two
reasons. The
first reason, we already mentioned about listing newer collections in
bundles, packs and kits, rather than individually
by-the-yard. We're
also moving some of our items to our lower priced marketplaces at even
lower prices than we can offer through eBay. This may look
like we're
closing shop, but we're not leaving eBay, just condensing our eBay
store.
FREE SHIPPING
OFFER - We know how shipping
costs can increase the overall cost of a project. After all,
we have
to pay shipping to get most of our items here from the
manufacturers.
To help save you money, we've implemented a FREE US domestic shipping
