Today my 100% feedback was destroyed by a new member that didn't understand how paypal and invoices work. This member did not know how to add optional insurance, so instead of asking, the member ruined my 100% feedback score! This person stated that insurance was not offered, the sad part is, I had already paid for insurance (out of goodness of my heart) for this member! I have been an ebay member since 1999 and held a 100% feedback score this entire time. It makes me very angry to know that one person that is unsavy to ebay can totally ruin it! NOT FAIR!!!!
