items appearing in my selling eBay account, that I did not list

Today Friday, Oct/6/2006 items appearred in my selling eBay account, that I did not list. I am getting tons of email questions. I don't know how or why this is happening. Can somebody help? I tried to contact eBay, but haven't gotten any response yet.

I have heard about this happening to others. Someone has your login. You need to contact ebay and have them delete the listing and then change your password.

sounds like your account was hijacked. Get in there and delete those listings right now. And get hold of ebay's live help.

You must contact Ebay the live one and let them know what is happening. Someone has gotten into your account and listed under you. My sister had the same thing happen. They took care of it right away..

Tell ebay about it they will credit your account. go on Trend Micro, and ask for house call, you probably have a tracker in your computer. chow.

It sounds like someone has compromised your account.
I would contact live help so they can get you in touch with someone right away.
I found this link for Trust and Safety --------> http://pages.ebay.com/help/confidence/isgw-account-theft-reporting.html
It has a live help button near the bottom of the page.

This happened to me twice! Contact Ebay again immediately!!! In addition, I would respond to all of those with questions and tell them NOT to bid because your account was hijacked! Trust me, you will get their attention! Good luck! I hope you get speedy resolution to this issue!

You have my sympathy - the same thing happened to me some time back. If the hijackers have gotten in and taken over your account, they have probably changed the password thus your password will no longer work. Let Live Help know about this immediately. They will help you. When you choose a new password for your account, when this is all cleared up..DO NOT use a common word that can be found in the dictionary, these crooks actually have programs that go through and search for these words. Use a combination of letters/numbers with some caps and some small letters, making it much more difficult for this to happen again. The thieves that took over my accounts had a "hayday" because I had used the same password for both my Ebay & my email accounts...what a nightmare!! I don't do that anymore!!!! Take a deep breath and let Ebay do their thing, it will all work out. So sorry this happened to you. Hang in there and best of luck to you. Spider_lady2

Never click on a link in your emails that are supposedly from Ebay but aren't when I first starting using my personal Ebay acct., I was getting emails that I needed to click on a link below to update my account. It was not from ebay and it is called phishing. I forwarded 3 of these emails to ebay and they apparently took care of it because I didnt get anymore. But you can also get phishing emails from other supposed accounts as well. Learn more about Phishing. It is more common than you think and can wreak havoc.
