I purchased a Whelping Box and Weaning Pen w/ Liners from this eBayer. Soon I found out how much of a fraud and liar Randy was.

The Products I ordered were of horrible quality for the price. I'm surprised my Maltese didn't receive splinters from this poor quality item. That was only the beginning.

I was originally told that items were shipped extra fast because Randy was trying to be nice, "WOW" I thought, until I discovered that what he said he was doing didn't actually happen. I then received the items way after I was told I would, because Randy went on vacation and thought the items were shipped but they weren't. He must have short term memory loss.

My first package finally arrived. The contents: 1 Whelping Box (or what was supposed to be), and 1 Waterproof Liner. I was still awaiting the Weaning Pen. Randy assured me that it would be sent ASAP and even gave me a ship date. When I inquired as to the tracking number, Randy at first didn't return my emails but then finally answered w/ another ship date. A little confused I again inquired about the tracking number and why it wasn't shipped when he first told me it was. Again, no responses. Come to find out, he went on another vacation (at least that's what he said), lucky him!

My 3rd attempt to get a tracking number still went unanswered. Instead he insulted me stating that I was the "worst person he's ever had to deal with because I won't stop emailing him." My mistake as when someone tells me something is shipped, I'd assume they'd like to know when it hasn't arrived, how was I to know that he never shipped it. I used to think one's word was worth trusting, but I have since learned that not all ebayers are trust worthy.

Mind you, I'm still waiting for a tracking number. Finally, after his insulting emails, I ask for a refund of $35, nothing too extreme, only for the return of payment for the Weaning Pen since I hadn't received it and he was just giving me the run around. WOW, did I push his buttons w/ that request. I've never seen anyone disrespect another human being in such a manner, it still amazes me that he works w/ people everyday since he doesn't seem to have the knowhow to do so properly.

Button pushing or not, no one has the right to disrespect me when I'm simply asking for what is due to me in a nice manner. So Paypal Dispute/Complaint, here I came. That made things even worse, I received approx 2-3 emails a week about how much of a brat I am and how idiotic I am for even thinking he would give me a refund. With nothing to lose, I left my NEGATIVE feedback, since I still hadn't received the items, hadn't received my refund, and was sick and tired of the childish, attack emails. If you look, my feedback is all in relation to that, I made no false accusations, only stated the facts.

Guess what....I received my refund, he decided that when he thought of it rationally, he would be nice and give me the $35 back and expected that I would retract my feedback because he has other customers and my idiotic complaints mean nothing to him. Not sure how that worked out in his brain, but OK. If they mean nothing, then I have no reason to retract, plus I still hadn't received my items and the threatening emails were really getting out of hand. I am a very fast payer for products, and quicker shipper so I have no doubt that someone would still take my money.

His retaliation, was to leave feedback as well, calling me a brat and making up lies. Apparently, that's mature behavior where he is from. Finally, I told him I would report his harassment if he didn't stop emailing me nonsense, that made him stop, and I eventually received some odd shipment of scrap pieces of wood. I have no idea what they are supposed to be as there weren't any instructions and it in no way resembled a Weaning Pen or anything safe for humans or animals. I guess he was trying to look as if he shipped my items.

So I guess that wasn't really a short version, but this went on and one for 2 months, so at least it's shorter than that. I'm only posting this to get the word out as it seems he is doing the same to others and he should be stopped. If you can't act like an adult and be respectful to others as well as fulfill your ebay transactions in a mature manner, then you shouldn't be able to sell. If someone owned a store and the workers were complete jerks, don't you think people would eventually stop going? Take this story or leave it, this is only my experience, maybe he picks and chooses who he treats well and who he doesn't. But be warned, that this same thing, could happen to you!!!

I have removed most of my old emails; however, I do still have my paypal dispute information in which I also used to keep some notes of his communication. You'll notice by my feedback that either way, this was not a smooth transaction. I have never had to complain about a Seller and I hope I never have to. It takes a lot for me to take it to this, but I too am a human being and deserve the same respect as anyone else.
