| Most Recent Posts WHEAT GRASS FOR YOUR DOGSPosted May-27-08 11:45:48 PDT I have an Eskie with a sensitive stomach. But you know how all the dogs love to eat grass?
Mine cannot. So I sprinkled wheat berries in the dog run. I found it grows faster than grass does. She has been eating it and keeping it down her stomach. Just a suggestion to everyone. Wheatgrass contains chlorophyl and many essential micro nutrients. Did you ever have a shot of wheatgrass juice? Yuck! But it makes you feel great. I noticed in Petsmart there are little pots of wheat grass selling for cats. So If you have a patch in your yard or a run, try it. They love it. I just cannot stop him from barking when people come in. Even my husband!!! Anyone have any suggestions? |
